- You may return items up to 14 business days from the date of receiving your order. Please note that any request for returns beyond this time frame will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the details if your return is eligible.
- Package your item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories that were included with the product.
- Clearly write the provided Order Number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
- If the return is due to a damaged product or an error on our part, Kulture Khazana will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
- If the return is for any reason other than a damaged product or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance to protect against any potential loss or damage during transit.
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
